Orders

When you place an order for products via our website (Order) you warrant that all information and data provided by you is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

If there is any change to the information you have provided relating to an Order, you must notify us of that change as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your Order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your credit card. 

Delivery

All deliveries within Australia will be made through Australia Post. Goods in stock will usually be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of an Order. Normal Australia Post delivery times apply. A $10 per order postage and handling fee will apply to all Orders for delivery within Australia. For all overseas Orders please contact us prior to placing an Order for postage and handling costs.

Returns Policy

We are happy to exchange or provide you with a credit note (valid for 3 months) for purchased goods provided we are notified within 7 days of their delivery to you by phoning (08) 83651147. Goods must be returned to us  original and unworn condition with all original tags attached within 14 days. All returns (other than where required by law) are subject to approval in our absolute discretion. Credit notes and exchanges may only be redeemed through our store and not online or by post. Goods which are marked as on "sale","special" or otherwise discounted at the time of the Order cannot be returned or exchanged.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights to a refund where goods are defective, do dnot do what they are supposed to (or what they said they would do).

You may cancel an Order by contacting us at any time until your Order is shipped.
